Ingredients :
- Green Peas Dhal – 1 cup.
- Finely chopped shallots – 1/4 cup.
- Finely chopped green chillies -7.
- Crushed red chilli- 1
- Crushed ginger – 1 tsp.
- Chopped coriander and curry leaves – 2 tbsp.
- Salt – as required.
- Oil -enough for deep fry.
Method :
- Soak dhal in water for 2 hours.
- Drain water completely and grind in to coarse paste.
- Add salt and other ingredients.
- Make lemon size balls,flatten and deep fry in hot oil ( 8 to 10 vada can be deep fry at a time or till oil holds )
- Serve hot with pickle or sauce.
