Ingredients :
- Banana (Nendra ) – 2 ( the banana should be ripe but not over ripe ).
- Maida – 4 tbsp (level ).
- Rice flour – 1 tbsp ( level ).
- Sugar -2 tsp.
- Lemon yellow colour – a pinch (optional ).
- Salt to taste.
- Oil – for frying.
Method :
- Peel and cut bananas first into half and than slice into three.
- Mix all the ingredients and prepare a thick batter by mixing with water.
- Dip the banana slice one by one in the batter and put in hot oil (few at a time ).
- Deep fry till golden brown.
- Remove from pan and drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with Tea.
