Ingredients :
- Whole Wheat – 1 cup.
- Raw rice – 1 tbsp.
- Urad dhal (Black gram Dhal ) – 1 tbsp.
- Grated coconut – 1 tbsp.
- Green chilli – 1-2 ( optional ).
- Salt to taste.
- Oil – enough for frying.
Method :
- Wash and grind wheat, rice, dhal and grated coconut along with chillies till coarse rawa cosistency.
- Add salt.
- Place a heavy tawa on fire.
- Pour dosa by spreading from center.
- Add a teaspoon of oil around.
- Fry till golden brown.
- Turn over and fry for another minute.
- Serve hot with Coconut chutney.
