Healthy-Wheat-Dosa

Ingredients :

  • Whole Wheat – 1 cup.
  • Raw rice – 1 tbsp.
  • Urad dhal (Black gram Dhal ) – 1 tbsp.
  • Grated coconut – 1 tbsp.
  • Green chilli – 1-2 ( optional ).
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil  – enough for frying.

Method :

  • Wash and grind wheat, rice, dhal and grated coconut  along with chillies  till coarse rawa cosistency.
  • Add salt.
  • Place a heavy  tawa  on fire.
  • Pour  dosa by spreading from center.
  • Add a teaspoon of oil around.
  • Fry till golden brown.
  • Turn over and fry for another minute.
  • Serve hot with Coconut chutney.
