Ingredients :
- Bitter gourd – 1.
- Onions -2 (medium size ).
- Grated coconut – 1 tbsp.
- Salt to taste.
- Chilli powder -2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp.
- Mustard – 1/2 tsp.
- oil – 1 tbsp
Method :
- Cut bitter gourd in to thin slice.
- Slice onion also.
- Heat oil in kadai add mustard seeds to splutter,add onion and fry for few minutes.
- Add chilli powder and turmeric powder,fry and stir for few minutes.
- Add bitter gourd pieces and sprinkle little water and cook till it become tender in closed lid and slow flame.
- Now add salt and than coconut mix well.
- Serve with rice.
