Ingredients:
- Baby corn – 250 gms (cut in to 1”pieces).
- Onions -2 ( chopped).
- Spring onions – 6 – 7.
- Garlic -1 tbsp ( Chopped finely almost paste ).
- Ginger – 1 tbsp ( chopped finely ).
- Soya sauce – 1 tbsp.
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce -11/2 tsp.
- Green bell pepper -1 big ( cut in to thin slices )
- Green chilli – 2 tsp ( minced ).
- Salt to taste.
- Oil – 2 tbsp.
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder – 2 tsp.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil to deep fry
Method :
- Mix corn flour,1/2 of ginger- garlic (this should be finely chopped almost like a paste) ,pepper powder,salt and water.
- Dip baby corn in this batter,deep fry in oil, keep aside
- Heat a heavy bottomed vessel add oil ,chopped ginger, garlic,and sauté on high flame,
- Add onion and sauté,add capsicum and stir fry add green chilli, tomato sauce,vinegar,soya sauce,sugar and combine
- Add fried baby corn spring onion,toss for 3 minutes
- serve hot
