Ingredients :
- Paneer – from 1 litre milk.
- Onions – 2.
- Capsicum – 2.
- Bread slice – 6.
- Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp.
- Minced green chillies – 1 tsp.
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp.
- Maida – 2 tsp.
- Corn flour – 2 tsp.
- Fine Rawa – 1 tbsp.
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp.
- Chopped Mint and Coriander (cilantro) leaves – 2 tbsp.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil – to deep fry.
To make Paneer :
Boil milk, Squeeze lime juice. Stir till milk curdles ,strain through muslin cloth and hang for one hour. Use this paneer as in the recipe.
Method :
- Chop onions and capsicum into fine pieces.
- Fry both in little oil till raw smell goes.
- Crumble paneer well without any lumps

- Add maida, corn flour and knead like a dough.
- Mix fried vegetables,chopped chillies, salt, redchilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and coriander leaves.
- Dip bread slices one by one in water quickly, squeeze out extra moisture and add to the dough.
- Mix well, make balls and then shape it like fingers and roll on rawa.
- Chill for 1/2 an hour
.
- Deep fry in hot oil till crisp. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
