Moringa Flowers
Ingredients :
- Raw rice – 1/2 cup.
- Moringa Flowers – 1 cup.
- Grated coconut – 1 tbsp.
- Red chillies – 5 – 7.
- Onion – 1 big.
- Bimbul – 2 Or Tamarind a little.
- salt to taste.
- Oil for frying.
Method :
- Soak raw rice in water for half an hour.
- Wash and clean drum stick flowers.
- Chop onion.
- Grind together rice,coconut,red chillies and tamarind to coarsely.
- Mix onion,flowers,ground pate and salt.
- Heat heavy tawa and spread little batter using laddle into thick circular dosa.
- Add a teaspoon of oil around and fry on both sides in medium flame.
- Serve hot with rice.
Variation :
This dosa can also be made using drumstick leaves instead of flowers.
