Ingredients :
- Ripe Plantain/banana ( Nendra ) – 2.
- Grated coconut – 2 tbsp.
- Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp ( chopped ).
- Green chilli – 1- 2.
- Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp.
- Black pepper – 6 – 8 pods.
- Jaggery -a lemon size.
- Salt to taste.
For Seasoning :
Oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves.
Method :
- Peel and cut plantain into round pieces.
- Grind coconut,green chilli,cumin seeds,black pepper and coriander leaves into coarsely.
- Heat oil in kadai add mustard when it start splutter add curry leaves,banana pieces,ground masala,jaggery, salt with little water.Cook till it done.
- Serve hot with rice as a side dish.
