- Mangoes – 2.
- Grated coconut – 2 cups.
- Jaggary grated – 1 cup.
- Cashew nuts – 10 -12.
- Sugar – 1 tbsp.
- Cardamom -1/2 tsp.
- Saffron – few.
- Salt – a pinch.
Method :
- Soak cashew nuts in water for 1/2 an hour.
- Peel one Mango and chop into small pieces.
- Add sugar and salt to this pieces.
- Peel another Mango and squeeze up the pulp from the pith part that is the core and keep aside.
- Grind coconut with soaked cashew nut into smooth paste extract first and second milk from this.
- Add grated jaggary to the milk mix properly,adjust sweetness to your taste.
- Add mango pieces , puree, cardamom powder and saffron mix well.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
