Ingredients :
- Jack fruit puree – 1 cup.
- Sugar – slightly lesser than 1 cup.
- Ghee – 2 – 3 tbsp.
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp.
Method :
- Heat sugar and jack fruit puree in a heavy bottom kadai, mix constantly.
- Add half of the ghee when it sticks to bottom.
- When it becomes thick like ball,pour rest of the ghee,and stir it leaves the side of the vessel.
- Pour on a greased tray.
- Cut into pieces when it is still warm.
