Ingredients :
- Grated Coconut – 2 cups.
- Garlic – 2 whole.
- Red chillies – 10.
- Kashmiri Red chillies – 7.
- Coconut oil – 1- 2 tsp.
- Tamarind – small pebble size.
- Salt – 1 – 1 1/2 tsp
Method :
- Peel the garlic.
- Heat oil in a Kadai and fry garlic in slow flame till it turns golden brown.
- In another Kadai dry roast salt and tamarind one by one separately,keep it aside.
- Now add little oil and fry chillies on a slow flame, keep it aside.
- Roast grated coconut on a slow flame until it turns golden brown.
- Remove from fire and allow to cool.
- Put all ingredients together in mixer grinder.Powder coarsely.
- Preserve in an air- tight container.
