Ingredients :
- Gooseberries – 10 – 12.
- Ginger -2 inches pieces.
- Salt – As required.
- Honey – According to taste . ( optional ).
Method :
- Remove the inner seeds from gooseberries and cut into pieces.
- Peel the outer skin of ginger.
- Add one cup of water and grind gooseberries and ginger in a mixer grinder to a fine paste.
- Take a clean cloth and put this paste into it.
- Wrap the cloth and squeeze out the juice.
- Add one more cup of water to the paste and squeeze out the juice.
- Refrigerate the juice in a glass container .
- When serving, add equal amount of water and a pinch of salt .
