Ingredients :
- Wheat flour – 1 cup.
- Besan (bengal gram flour ) – 1 tbsp.
- Chopped methi leaves (fenugreek ) – 2 tbsp.
- Curd – 1 tbsp.
- Chilli powder – 2 tsp.
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
- oil – 1 – 2 tsp.
- Salt to taste.
Method :
- Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle enough water and knead to a smooth dough.
- Make even sized balls and roll out into chappathis of medium thickness,using wheat flour for dusting.
- Roast on hot tawa using half a tsp of oil for both sides.
- Serve with Chunda
