
Ingredients :
1. Sweet corn kernels – 1 1/2 cups .
2. Finely chopped vegetables – 1 full cup ( I used 1 large carrot and 8-10 french beans ).
3 . Butter – 1 tbsp .
4. Garlic – 6 -7 pods ( finely chopped ) .
5. Cornflour – 4 tbsps (for preparing slurry ) .
6 . Salt and pepper to taste .

Method :
1 . To make corn flour slurry combine corn flour and 1/4 cup of water in a small bowl , mix well till it dissolves completely . Keep a side .
2 . Take 1- 2 tbsps corn kernels and keep aside , chop remaining corn kernels in a chopper and keep aside .
3 . Heat butter in heavy bottomed vessel ,add the garlic and saute on medium flame for few seconds .
4 . Add the sweet corn kernels and chopped sweet corn kernels and cook on medium flame for one more minute while stirring continuously .
5 . Now add 5 cups of water and boil few more minutes .
6 . Now add finely chopped vegetables and boil few more minutes , stirring continuously .
7 . Add salt , pepper and corn flour slurry mix well and cook on medium flame for another 4-5 minutes while stirring continuously .
8 . Serve immediately with chilly in vinegar.
