
Choco chips cookies are America ‘s most favourite cookies . This eggless version of cookies is very easy to make that even baking beginners can also make this very successfully . This cookies are rich in flavour , crunchy from outside while soft and chewy from inside , but I want more crispy cookies so I bake it few more minutes .
Ingredients :
1 . Maida ( all purpose flour ) – 1 cup .
2 . Un salted butter ( at room temperature ) – 1/2 cup .
3 . Sugar powder – 1/2 cup .
4 . Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp .
5 . Baking powder – 1/2 tsp .
6 . Choco powder – 1/4 cup .
7 . Corn starch – 1 tbsp .
8 . Salt a pinch .
9 . Choco chips – 1/4 cup .

Method :
1 . Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 – 15 minutes .
2 . Line a baking tray with parchment paper .
3 . Sieve together flour , corn starch , baking powder , choco powder and salt .



4 . Take butter and sugar powder in a mixing bowl . Beat it with wire whisk or by electric beater till it becomes creamy and smooth .



5 . Than add vanilla essence , whisk till it gets incorporated .


6 . Add flour mixture little by little mix until fully incorporated .



7. Add choco chips and fold them in it . ( Keep little for toping ) .


8 . If the dough looks soft and sticky than chill it in refrigerator for 10 – 15 minutes .
9 . Now make small balls from dough , flatten them slightly .


10 . Place on the baking tray lined with parchment paper . Place them a few inches apart from each other because they will spread as bake .

11 . Sprinkle some choco chips on cookies .

12 . Bake them for 20 – 25 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius or until done . Since oven temperature vary It may take less or more time . So do keep a check .
13 . Let it cool in baking tray for few minutes . After that remove it to the wire rack to cool completely .

14 . Store in airtight container .
