Ingredients :
- Rice powder – 2 cups ( approximately.)
- Cucumber – 1.
- Carrot -1.
- Onion -1.
- Green chillies -2 ( finely chopped ).
- Grated Coconut – 1 tbsp.
- Chopped coriander leaves.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil for frying.
Method :
- Peel and grate cucumber, carrot.
- Chop onion into fine pieces.
- In a bowl mix all ingredients add little water if you want
- Apply oil on a polythene cover or take a piece of cloth.
- Make balls of the rice mix and spread one on the paper with your hand in the shape of rotis.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Put the roti on it and cook with oil on both the sides.
- Repeat the procedure for the remaining dough.
- Serve hot with butter and any chutney.
