Ingredients :
- Maida – 1 cup.
- Bengal gram flour – 1 tbsp.
- Green chillies -2.
- Ginger- 1 inch piece.
- Sugar – 1 tsp.
- Cooking soda – 1/2 tsp.
- Butter milk – 1/2 cup.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil to deep fry.
Method :
- Crush green chillies and ginger.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Keep closed for at least an hour.
- Heat oil in a deep curved pan.
- Using wet hands make small sized balls and drop them in hot oil.
- Deep fry till golden brown and serve hot with chutney.
