Simple chicken curry for kori rotti

Kori rotti is a popular spicy coastal south Karnataka dish. It is a traditional tuluva (Tulu speaking people of south canara) dish made up of a thin gravy spicy chicken curry served over thin crisp rice wafers . Kori means chicken and rotti is the thin crisp rice wafers. I buy these thin crispy rice wafers from the store. The chicken gravy that I make to go with the rottis goes well even with rice, chapathis or white bread.

Note :-

Some Indian grocery stores in NY , NJ carry the brand Anand Kori rottis. I got mine from Apna Bazaar in Hicksville NY. The Patel store nearby doesnt carry it. I have seen the same in Apna bazaar at oak tree road NJ.
