Eggless Chocolate Chip Banana Walnut Muffins

Soft and moist Eggless Banana Muffins with crunchy walnuts and melty chocolate chips are the real champions when it comes to taste. These healthy delicious muffins are ideal for breakfast . Banana muffins have a lovely banana and cinnamon flavour .

Ingredients :

1. Over ripe bananas – 3 or 170 gms .

2. Brown sugar – 100 gms .

3 . Any oder less  oil – 60 ml .

4 . Maida  ( all purpose flour ) – 125 gms .

5 . Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp .

6 . Baking powder – 1/2 tsp .

7 . Baking soda – 1/2 tsp .

8 . Salt a pinch .

9 . Milk – 2 tbsp , if needed add more .

10 . Chopped walnuts – 50 gms .

11 . Chocolate chips – 50 gms .

Method :

1 . Sieve together flour , baking soda , baking powder and salt . Keep aside .

2 . Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 – 15 minutes .

3 . In big mixing bowl add banana and mash them until smooth .

4 . Add brown sugar and mix it well .

5 . Add oil and mix it well with whisker , so that  oil is mixed evenly .

6 . Now add cinnamon powder and stir well .

7 . Begin to add the dry ingredients in to wet ingredients .

8 . Now using a spatula , gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients  . Do not over do the folding .

9 . Add chopped walnuts and choco chips  , keep a little for toping ,mix it well .

10 . Add milk and mix well .

11 . The batter must be lump free and uniform .

12 . Scoop the batter equally  to muffin tray lined with muffin cups .

13 . Sprinkle some choco chips and walnuts on top .

14 . You will able to make about 9 large sized muffins .

15 . Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 25 – 30 minutes A tester inserted comes out clean or with dry crumbs when they are fully baked . Adjust the timing as required since every oven is different . If the muffins are under baked , bake them a little longer .

16 . Cool the muffins on a wire rack .

17 . Serve with tea or coffee .
