
This amazing side dish is a game changer when you crave some spice with your dinner. I usually enjoy this with dal fry and rice.
Ingredients:
- Boiled Eggs – 4
- Turmeric Powder – 2 tsp
- Red Chilly Powder – 1 Tbsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ghee – 1 Tbsp
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder and red chilly powder with a little bit of water to make a paste.
2. Cut the boiled eggs into halves and smear this paste carefully on all sides.
3. Marinate this for 15 minutes.
4. In a pan, heat the ghee and place the eggs flat side down. Fry the eggs on all sides on medium to low heat till the spices are cooked through.
5. Serve hot with rice or roti.
